  I normally don’t write reviews for supermarkets, but this one is superb!!
  Wide range of food, they really look if you need anything at the fresh cut stuff and when asking someone for help they are really helpful and understanding. Great!

  I have usually used the self check out so don't know what the customer service is like but the feel of the store is nice and veg looks fresh I have not tried them all yet and only got fruits etc.

  This is a stock-standard Coles. It's there. It sells food. 10/10 would Coles again. BUT, seriously guys, we need to talk about the deodorant cabinet.
  
  For those who aren't in the know, this Coles has started locking it's deodorant behind a locked cabinet, that can only be unlocked by a team member. This is done in an attempt to prevent people inhaling it - a noble cause I'm all for. However, there are three glaring problems with this approach:
  1) It took 10 minutes for someone to assist us! The aisle was full of people waiting to buy deodorant.
  2) I wanted to buy roll-on deodorant. What am I gonna do with that, lick it? Why does roll-on deodorant need to be locked up??

  The store was in shambles. Some areas was so overcrowded with display items you couldn’t get a trolly past or see a clear exit path. Usually this store isn’t too bad from previous experience which is why I was so shocked to see it in this state. No cold drinks and the team seemed to be so over whelmed… even the customer service was half fast. Maybe the Christmas period isn’t the best time to over look safety protocols or to be short staffed.

  It's a little compact between aisles and checkouts with the amount of people moving and standing in line to be served Always so packed throughout the shop. I feel like they have bare minimum in stock due to its smaller size. So I avoid going there, otherwise I saw it convenient for those who live nearby.

  good easy to get to and friendly staff. the same staff have been there for over 10 years so always nice to go in and see their smiling faces. Generally a good produce section and easy to get in and out quickly.
