    I started with the Cairns Pilates Barre team in January & 5 months in I am well & truly addicted! I had never really participated in any form of exercise prior to this but at 18 months postpartum I was feeling physically & mentally not great so I thought Pilates would be a great way to start my health & self care journey . I was quite anxious being so unfit but every single trainer I’ve had is beyond supportive, kind & non judgmental. Janine, Cassie, Esther, Mel, Matt, Heather are all incredible at what they do. I feel so much happier since starting, stronger & more energy to keep up with my kids. My only regret is not starting years ago. Pilates is the best part of my day

    Janine and Mel are the best, they made me feel so comfortable.

    1:1s & Reformer Pilates have been a valuable part of my postpartum care, recovery and wellbeing. So grateful to have bub doing her own wiggle pilates on the mat beside me.

    After having my first baby in late January I was very keen to get back into exercise. I joined the studio mid-March and wish I had been going to the studio throughout my pregnancy. The instructors are lovely and extremely supportive. They have guided me through the different exercises to ensure I have the correct technique and don't harm my body post-pregnancy. I absolutely love going to the studio and feel great! I would highly recommend Cairns Pilates Barre to anyone!
